BACKGROUND:
Cordon Wines is seeking a Specific Use Permit to open a wine club office. TABC requires an off-premise wine permit from the city for this type of business. No retail sales are proposed at this location. The site is located in the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district, which requires a Specific Use Permit for off-premise beer and wine sales.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Specific Use Permit.
