BACKGROUND:
This site is located within Planned Development District Number 22 (PD-22) which allows a wide range of commercial uses. PD-22 requires that all vehicle repair uses and outdoor storage must obtain a Specific Use Permit (SUP).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommend approval of the Specific Use Permit as presented at this meeting.
