BACKGROUND:
This 2.422-acre property is located within Planned Development District No. 88 (PD-88), the Townhome Subdistrict. Earlier this year, the City approved a rezoning of this property and created the Townhome Subdistrict.
DISCUSSION:
The applicant is proposing to develop a townhome community with 32 townhome units, grouped in 4 buildings that will be 4 stories in height.
RECOMMENDATION:
On June 26th, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented in Resolution No. 2017-080.
