BACKGROUND:
This proposed multi-family residential development was approved earlier this year with the adoption of Ordinance No. 3442 amending the Planned Development District No 80 (PD-80). This proposed Detailed Site Plan for Phase One is consistent with the approved Conceptual Site Plan.
DISCUSSION:
The applicant, JPI is proposing to develop a multifamily community containing 408 dwelling units on the 5.67-acre site along Simonton Road between Cambridge Concourse and Inwood Road. The property is located within Planned Development No. 80 (PD-80).
RECOMMENDATION:
On August 14th the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented in Resolution No.2017-101.
