Consider approving Resolution No. 2017-122 reappointing Carl King in Place 7 and Craig Greenway in Place 5 on the Metrocrest Hospital Authority Board; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The City Council has the authority to make an appointment for a member to serve on the Metrocrest Hospital Authority. The City Council appointed Carl King and Craig Greenway in 2015, for a two-year term, expiring December 2017.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Carl King is seeking reappointment to the Metrocrest Hospital Authority Board. He has served as the board Treasurer and served on the Executive and Finance Committees. Mr. King has expressed the desire to continue serving on the board.
Mr. Craig Greenway is also seeking reappointment to the Metrocrest Hospital Authority Board. He has served as President of the Board of Directors and has expressed the desire to continue to serve on the board.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends reappointing Carl King in Place 7, and Craig Greenway in Place 5, to serve on the Metrocrest Hospital Authority Board.
