Body

BACKGROUND:

The applicant, JPI Real Estate Acquisions, LLC is proposing to develop the 9.6-acre property into a mixed-use community that will contain two multi-family buildings and retail ready spaces.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of the zoning amendment of PD-95 with the associated Conceptual Site Plan.

1.                     Motion to recommend Approval of the zoning amendment of PD-95 and of the associated Conceptual Site Plan as presented at this meeting.

2.                     Motion to recommend Denial of the zoning amendment of PD-95 and of the associated Conceptual Site Plan as presented at this meeting.
