Background:
The 2017 property conditions survey has been completed and the results mapped. The property conditions survey has historically been performed by staff approximately every 2-3 years. This year the survey was completed by a third party contractor in lieu of City staff in an effort to more independently judge the condition of the housing stock in Farmers Branch.
