BACKGROUND:
Assistant to the City Manager Ben Williamson will provide an overview of Farmers Branch’s performance management system that is aligned to the balanced scorecard methodology. This process was started in January of 2016 and now every department in the City is using this standardized system to track performance. In addition to helping us track performance, the public-facing departments all have dashboards on the website to provide transparency, help the public understand the services the City provides, and explain the service level we strive to achieve.
