BACKGROUND:

The applicant, Clay Hooten, is proposing to install a small bathroom inside the existing garage located in the rear yard of his lot. The property is located within the Residential (R-6) zoning district.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of the Specific Use Permit as presented at this meeting.
