BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Area Event Center, is proposing to develop and operate an event center in one suite in the retail building located at 4051 LBJ Freeway. The property is located within Planned Development District No. 71 (PD-71), which requires a Specific Use Permit for Indoor Commercial Amusement uses.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Specific Use Permit as presented at this meeting.
