BACKGROUND:
CADG Mercer Crossing Holdings, LLC. is the sole owner of a 35.715 acre tract of land.
The proposed Brighton Addition is for the development of 91 single family residential lots. This plat is consistent with the Mercer Crossing Brighton Addition Detailed Site Plan that was approved by City Council on December 13, 2016 per Resolution Number 2016-116.
The proposed Final Plat of Brighton Addition is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for Final Plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat for Brighton Addition.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to recommend approval of the Final Plat of Brighton Addition.
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
