Consider a request from CDGD Mercer Crossing Holdings, LLC and Beazer Homes Texas, LP for Final Plat approval of The Gatherings Addition; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
CDGD Mercer Crossing Holdings, LLC and Beazer Homes Texas, LP are the sole owners of a 13.006 acre tract of land that is composed of two lots located east of Luna Rd and west of Chartwell Crest. Property is currently platted as one lot in the Mercer School Addition.
The proposed Final Plat will subdivide the lot into one 8.225 acres called Lot 1 lot and one 4.781 acres called Lot 2. Beazer Homes Texas, LP, owner of Lot 2, is consistent with the Detailed Site Plan for The Gatherings at Mercer Crossing that was approved by City Council on April 18, 2017, per Resolution Number 2017-053.
The proposed Final Plat of The Gatherings Addition is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for Final Plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff Recommends approval of the Final Plat for The Gatherings Addition.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to recommend approval of the Final Plat for The Gatherings Addition.
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
