BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing the development of a new warehouse and office building at 13309 Senlac Drive.
DISCUSSION:
The property is located within Planned Development District No. 77 (PD-77). The proposed site plan includes one special exception request related to building setbacks requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
On February 26, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented in the Resolution No. 2018-26.
