Receive an update on Farmers Branch Night Out.

BACKGROUND:
Staff will provide an update on Farmers Branch Night Out (FBNO) and the preparations that are being made for the event. FBNO will occur on April 5th from 6 to 8 p.m. at three separate locations in Farmers Branch: The Library, City Hall, and Brookhaven College (unconfirmed, but reasonable to assume at this point). Each location will be outside with a contingency, indoor location close by. Farmers Branch Night Out will focus on what is going, in addition will feature kickoff of the Boards and Commissions recruitment, hit on key development in each area, West, Central, East, the Charter updates, bond updates, Guiding Principles, and general health of the City. The meeting locations will be set up with stations where each topic has its own area and materials to facilitate individual discussion about the topics that are of most importance to each individual resident.
DISCUSSION:
Staff will seek affirmation of the efforts so far and lay out the marketing plan and general timeline for the event locations.
