BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing to expand the existing warehouse and office building located at 2001 Diplomat Drive, resulting in a 611,080 square foot building. The property is located within Planned Development District No. 22 (PD-22). This request includes one special exception regarding the required parking ratio.
