Discuss revised ethics and sexual harassment training procedures for the Planning and Zoning Commission.

BACKGROUND:
Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission are required to receive annual training as it relates to ethics and sexual harassment. The City Secretary has revised the annual training requirements, requesting that the training be completed in July of each year during the Commission’s study session meetings so that the training is completed by August 1. The annual training is required of members serving on all of the City’s boards and commissions.
Commissioners who have not yet completed their training for 2018 may do so during July 2018.
