Body

BACKGROUND:

This zoning case was rescheduled from the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting on March 26, 2018 to the Commission’s April 23, 2018 meeting due to an error in the public notification.  Staff has since mailed corrected property owners notices for this zoning case for the April 23, 2018 meeting.

 

Now, staff has received a request from the applicant to table this zoning case to the Commission’s meeting on May 7, 2018 in order to allow the applicant additional time to address staff comments.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission make a motion to table this zoning case to the Commission’s May 7, 2018 meeting date.

 

ACTIONS:

1.                     Motion to table this request to the May 7, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
