BACKGROUND:
At their meeting on February 26, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission requested to receive a monthly report summarizing City Council’s action related to zoning and development cases previously considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission was interested in knowing the final outcome of the zoning and development cases (i.e. approved; approved with modifications; or denied).
This item was originally scheduled for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 23, 2018.
