BACKGROUND:
At the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting on April 23, 2017, Mr. Kevin Laughlin, City Attorney, gave a presentation related to the Texas Open Meetings Act, including addressing the Act’s applicability to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Due to time limitations, the Planning and Zoning Commission was unable to complete their discussion.
Mr. Laughlin will be present at the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting on May 21, 2018 to provide additional presentation comments, and be available to answer questions.
