BACKGROUND:
The City of Farmers Branch held a Special Election on May 5, 2018 to amend the City’s home rule charter.
The following actions will be taken to canvass and certify the results of the May 5, 2018 Special Election:
• The Mayor reads the canvass statement in Resolution No. 2018-45.
• The City Council approves Resolution No. 2018-45.
ACTIONS:
1) Motion to approve Resolution No. 2018-45 canvassing and declaring the results of the Special Election of the City of Farmers Branch held on May 5, 2018 regarding adoption of amendments to the City Charter of the City of Farmers Branch.
