BACKGROUND:
Family Compass Inc. is the largest nonprofit in North Texas dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect among families. Family Compass has awarded Mayor Robert C. Dye the Spirit of Compassion Award for 2018. The Spirit of Compassion Award is given to individuals from the community who have exuded a strong character of compassion in their advocacy and service for the protection of those most vulnerable, our children.
