Consider adopting Resolution No. 2018-56 authorizing the City Manager execute an easement and right-of-way for electric supply to ONCOR Electric Delivery Company, LLC at the City Service Center; and providing an effective date and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
Oncor Electric Delivery Company requested an easement and right of way in order to accommodate development of other property located directly across the street from the City Service Center.
DISCUSSION:
The requested easement and right of way is for the overhead power line coming from a new power pole to an existing power pole in the middle of the City Service Center parking lot and will not impact the Service Center operation.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends to approve the easement and right of way for electric to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve Resolution 2018-56 authorizing the City Manager to execute an easement and right of way for electric supply to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC.
2. I move to approve Resolution 2018-56 authorizing the City Manager to execute an easement and right of way for electric supply to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, with modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
