BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the current provisions related to special event banners. Staff surveyed twelve surrounding communities to establish how Farmers Branch compared with respect to regulations regarding these types of temporary signs. The results will be presented in a brief presentation followed by a recommendation to change special event banners in effort to address concerns mentioned by City Council.
