Receive an update regarding the Sustainability Committee’s recommendations.

BACKGROUND:
During the June 19, 2018 City Council study session, the Sustainability Committee presented several recommendations for Council consideration regarding the solid waste ordinance, garbage collection, brush and bulky collection, textile collection and recycling, and water conservation. City Council requested pricing for once per week garbage collection in rollout carts before discussing any service change to the storage and collection method for residential garbage. Staff will present Council with updated pricing for the service. In addition, Keith Kahn with Simple Recycling will give a brief presentation regarding textile recycling services they provide in other cities.
