BACKGROUND:

Staff has received a request from the applicant to table this zoning case to the Commission’s meeting on August 13, 2018 in order to allow the applicant additional time to address staff comments.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission make a motion to table this zoning case to the Commission’s August 13, 2018 meeting date.

 

ACTIONS:

1.                     Motion to table this request to the August 13, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
