BACKGROUND:
At their meeting on June 25, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission received a presentation from Jason Claunch, Catalyst Commercial, and discussed the results of the IH-35 Corridor Market Study Analysis. The Planning and Zoning Commission requested for staff to bring back this agenda item for additional discussion, hence why this item in on the study session agenda for July 16, 2018. Attached are the presentation slides from Mr. Claunch’s presentation.
