Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3516 for a zoning change from One-Family Residence District-6 (R-6) to Planned Development District No. 102 (PD-102), including but not limited to allowing one-family detached residences and municipally owned facilities, and establishing development standards for an approximate 3.4-acre site located at the southwest corner of Webb Chapel Road and Golfing Green Drive; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Henry S Miller, is requesting that this item be tabled to the September 25, 2018, City Council meeting in order to allow the applicant additional time to address comments received during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on August 13, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Zoning request be tabled to the City Council meeting on September 25, 2018.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to table this Zoning request to the City Council meeting on September 25, 2018.
2. Any other action desired by the City Council.
