BACKGROUND:
At the City Council meeting on August 21, 2018, Mr. Jeff Binford, CBRE Hotels Advisory, will make a presentation regarding trends occurring within the hotel industry.
Following Mr. Binford’s presentation and discussion, staff will present an overview of the city’s current zoning requirements related to hotel development.
Mr. Binford’s presentation slides will be distributed to City Council prior to the meeting.
