BACKGROUND:
City Council conducted an evaluation of the Municipal Court Judge during an Executive Session held August 21, 2018.
DISCUSSION:
Ordinance No. 3527 establishes the appointment and annual salary of the Municipal Court Judge and Alternate Municipal Court Judge(s) and align all appointments to occur every two years.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve Ordinance No. 3527 appointing a Municipal Court Judge and Alternate Municipal Court Judge(s) and establishing an annual salary.
2. I move to approve Ordinance No. 3527, with modifications.
3. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
