BACKGROUND:
As an item for future discussion, the City Council asked for staff to reach out to the City of Dallas about their homeless solution efforts (End Panhandling Now) and extend an invitation for their team to present during an upcoming Study Session.
DISCUSSION:
Managing Director of Homeless Solutions Monica Hardman and Managing Director Jessica Galleshaw will present on Dallas’ Homeless Solutions Strategy and explore opportunities for mutual benefit through collaboration.
