Discussion regarding residential brush and bulky collection services.

BACKGROUND:
Diverting materials from landfills that can be reused or recycled is something Farmers Branch should strive to do. The City has the potential to divert brush material from Camelot Landfill to a local mulching or composting facility. This would create a change in the collection schedule for brush and bulky materials. Staff will propose to Council a schedule for this diversion along with the risks involved with the change.
