Discussion regarding the Planning and Zoning Commission’s retreat on November 3, 2018.

BACKGROUND:
On November 3, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct their retreat, which includes a brief presentation/discussion at City Hall prior to departing on a bus tour of several sites throughout the Dallas area. The retreat will begin promptly at 8:30am at City Hall in the study session room, of which the Commission will then depart at 9:00am for the bus tour and return to City Hall at approximately 5:00pm.
Attached to this report is the itinerary for the day. Staff recognizes that this is an aggressive tour schedule; therefore, should the Commission experience delays, the last stop(s) may be omitted.
