Presentation and discussion related to residential waste collection.

BACKGROUND:
The City proposed changes to the garbage and recycling collection service. A Town Hall meeting was held on October 10, 2018 to discuss the changes. This presentation discusses the feedback from the Town Hall meeting and the residential waste collection service going forward. Staff is looking for policy direction from City Council as to the service type and frequency going forward.
