BACKGROUND:
On November 3, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted their retreat, which included a presentation/discussion at City Hall related to the economics of place, prior to departing on a bus tour of several sites throughout the Dallas area. The Commission visited the following locations listed below. The purpose of this agenda item is to have follow-up discussion (if needed) related to the retreat.

• Bishop Arts District
• Cox Farms Market/Sylvan Thirty
• Trinity Groves
• Design District
• George W. Bush Presidential Center Parking Lot
• US-75/Richardson Main Street/Central Expressway Corridor
• CityLine
