BACKGROUND:
The Mayor and Fire Department Administration will present awards to winners of the 23rd annual Fire Prevention Poster Contest with the theme “Look. Listen. Learn. Be aware. Fire can happen anywhere.” Students were asked to portray fire prevention and safety messages in their posters.
Third grade students from Farmers Branch Elementary, Dave Blair Elementary, Janie Stark Elementary, Mary Immaculate School, McLaughlin - Strickland Elementary School, Chapel Hill Preparatory School participated in this year’s contest.
