BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Thomas McBride, is requesting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for used vehicle sales and leasing at the existing building located at 14500 East Beltwood Parkway. The business is proposed to occupy the entire 48,169 square foot building. The proposed business intends to sell certified, preowned vehicles and contain all operations solely indoors. The site is located within Planned Development District No. 83 (PD-83), which requires approval of an SUP for vehicle sales and leasing (used).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends denial of the Specific Use Permit.
