BACKGROUND:
The applicant, City of Farmers Branch, is requesting approval of a Detailed Site Plan for the relocation of Fire Station No. 2 to the property located at 13333 Alpha Link. The subject site is approximately 3.85 acres and is proposed to be developed in two phases. The first phase will consist of the development of the fire station and open space improvements to the west. The site is located within Planned Development District No. 20 (PD-20), which allows local government public facilities by right.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Detailed Site Plan.
