Consider reappointing the Board of Directors for the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 Board; and take appropriate action

BACKGROUND:

On February 7, 2017, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2017-024, appointing the Mayor, City Council and City Manager to serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 Board of Directors for a two (2) year term.   

DISCUSSION:

With terms expiring, the City Council shall reappoint members to serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 as Board of Directors.

RECOMMENDATION:

City Administration recommends the City Council reappoint the Mayor, City Council and City Manager to serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 Board of Directors for a two (2) year term expiring December 31, 2020. 

 

ACTION:

1.  I move to reappoint the Mayor, City Council and City Manager to serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 Board of Directors for a two (2) year term expiring December 31, 2020.     

 2.   I move to approve reappointing the Mayor, City Council and City Manager to serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 Board of Directors for a two (2) year term expiring December 31, 2020, with the following amendments. 

 3.   I move to take no action.
