Envirophase was contracted for a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment of the city owned parcels at 2710-2784 Valwood Parkway. A Phase Two Environmental Site Assessment was recommended to validate previous remediation efforts at this site. Staff recommends the Phase Two Environmental Site Assessment to understand if these parcels can be developed. The cost estimate for this project with Envirophase is $19,367.00.
