BACKGROUND:
Jefferson Mercer Crossing, L.P. is the sole owner of a 15.15-acre tract of land located on the north side of Knightsbridge Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of Luna Road. The tract is within the previously undeveloped William M. Cochran survey, Abstract No.279 and the Harrison C. Marsh survey, Abstract No. 916.
DISCUSSION:
The proposed final plat of JPI Knightsbridge Addition is to plat the 15.15 acres, create one lot, Lot 1, Block A, and dedicate easements necessary for the development of the subject property as multi-family residential uses. This plat is consistent with the Detailed Site Plan approved by Resolution No. 2016-090, duly passed by City Council on October 3, 2016.
The final plat of JPI Knightsbridge Addition is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for final plat approval.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for this request on February 25, 2019.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
