Receive a report regarding zoning and development cases acted upon by City Council.

BACKGROUND:
At their meeting on February 26, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission requested to receive a monthly report summarizing City Council’s action related to zoning and development cases previously considered by the Commission. The Commission was interested in knowing the final outcome of the zoning and development cases (i.e. approved; approved with modifications; or denied).
The report has been modified to include the Commission’s action, as requested by the Commission at their meeting on August 27, 2018.
