BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss the city’s non-conforming uses and structures regulations. Staff will present a general overview of the regulations as provided for in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and be available to answer any questions related to this item.
Later this year, staff anticipates presenting potential amendments to these regulations, which is a strategic initiative for the Planning Department for FY2018-19.
