BACKGROUND:
Mustang Station II, Ltd. is the sole owner of a 2.65-acre tract of land located on the north side of Bill Moses Parkway, between the Dart Rail Station and Charlie Bird Parkway. On November 3, 2015, the City Council approved the detailed site plan, by Resolution Number 2015-100, for the second phase of the multi-family residential development.
The purpose of the final plat of Mustang Station, Lot 2R, Block A, is to replat all of Lot 2, Block A, Mustang Station, abandoning unnecessary easements and dedicating the new easements necessary for the development of the lot. This plat is consistent with the approved detailed site plan.
The final plat of Mustang Station, Lot 2R, Block A is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for final plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat of Mustang Station, Lot 2R, Block A.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to recommend approval of the final plat of Mustang Station, Lot 2R, Block A.
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
