BACKGROUND:

Subsequent to mailing the required property owner notices, staff determined that there was an error in the public notification. Therefore, this request cannot be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting on May 6, 2019. The request has been rescheduled for the Commission’s meeting on May 20, 2019, and mailed notices along with the required legal notice publication have been distributed.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission continue the public hearing to the Commission’s meeting on May 20, 2019.
