Receive a report on brush and bulky collection operations, outreach efforts, and enforcement activities

Beginning February 1, 2019, the City changed the residential bulk collection frequency and the bulk and brush collection schedule. This report provides City Council with a 3-month look at the effects the change has had on brush diversion, special pickup requests, Code Enforcement activity related to the policy change, communication efforts, and ancillary impacts.
