Discuss Farmers Branch Manske Library Renovations

BACKGROUND:
The results of the recent bond election for a new library provide an opportunity to discuss renovation plans for the existing Manske Library. Gallagher Construction Services has previously provided the attached estimated order of cost magnitude. The purpose of tonight’s discussion is to determine scope, prioritization, timing, and funding options related to possible future renovations.
At a minimum, staff is planning to include roof and HVAC improvements for consideration in the 2019-2020 fiscal year budget.
