Body

BACKGROUND:

Valwood Industrial Holdings, LLC, is the sole owner of an 11.94 acre tract of land currently platted as Lot 2, Third Revised Lasting Products Addition. The property is addressed at 13330 Senlac Drive in Farmers Branch. On March 20, 2018, the City Council approved the detailed site plan by Resolution Number 2018-026.

 

DISCUSSION:

The purpose of the final plat of Senlac Industrial Addition is to replat Lot 2, Third Revised Lasting Products Addition, creating one new lot as Lot 1, Block A and dedicating easements necessary for the development of the lot. This plat is consistent with the approved detailed site plan.

 

The final plat of Senlac Industrial Addition is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for final plat approval.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

1. No Financial Impact

 

RECOMMENDATION:

On June 10, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the final plat of Senlac Industrial Addition, Lot 1, Block A and unanimously recommended approval.

 

POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:

1. I move to approve a request from Valwood Industrial Holdings, LLC. for the final plat approval of Senlac Industrial Addition, Lot 1, Block A

2. I move to table the issue for further study or take no action.
