Consider excusal of absence of a Board Member from a regular meeting; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
As a matter of practice, if a member provides a pre-noticed excusable absence, the Board will approve the absence. By excusing an absence, the Zoning Board of Adjustment Member is not penalized with using one of the three unexcused absences allowed in the Charter.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Zoning Board of Adjustment may wish to approve the excused absence of Tommie Hylkema from the January 29, 2019 regular meeting.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to approve the excused absence of Tommie Hylkema from the January 29, 2019 regular meeting.
2. Any other action desired by the Board.
