BACKGROUND:
Each year, the Planning and Zoning Commission nominates and elects a Chairman and Vice-Chairman to preside over the study session and regular meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The persons elected will begin serving in these roles at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and continue through the end of July, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission nominate a member(s) to serve in the role of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
ACTIONS:
1. Nominate and elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission
