BACKGROUND:
TX Manhattan Land, LLC and TCI Manhattan 2, LLC are the sole owners of an 8.79-acre tract of land located at 1851 Knightsbridge Road, generally east of Luna Road and north of Knightsbridge Road.
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the Alta Luna Addition is to plat the subject property as Lot 1, Block A of the Alta Luna Addition and dedicate easements necessary for the mid-density residential development on the property.
This plat is consistent with the detailed site plan approved by City Council on June 6, 2017.
The final plat is also consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s platting requirements for final plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
On August 5, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the final plat of the Alta Luna Addition.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve a request from TX Manhattan Land, LLC and TCI Manhattan 2, LLC for final plat approval of the Alta Luna Addition.
2. I move to continue discussion to the next meeting.
